Beacon Hill
A 3.5-mile circular route led by John Mumford around the Beacon on some of the lesser used paths, including the arboretum. On a clear day there will be great views across Leicestershire.

Bradgate Park Circular
This is an A 5 mile undulating walk around the perimeter of the Park with some moderately steep inclines, uneven and muddy paths. Great views of Leicestershire and beyond on a clear day.

Charnwood Forest Three Parks and a Village
A 5-mile circular route through a variety of scenic Charnwood Forest woodland and farmland. The walk takes in Beacon Hill Park, Broombriggs Country Park and The Outwoods; as well as some hidden, off-road footpaths through Woodhouse Eaves village.
