Tai Chi - August/November
Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. The style will be based around the Yang style 24 form.
Benefits include; improves balance, postural stability, muscle tone and range of movement in addition reduces stress, anxiety and depression, arthritic pain and high blood pressure.
