Couch to 5K
Couch to 5K is a beginners running plan to get anyone from the couch to running 5k in just 8 weeks.
Our run coach Dawn Tobin and run leader Hamide is there to support and motivate you and be with you every step of the way.
Those runners who want to will conclude the program with a Park Run at Dishely on Saturday 4th July
Starts on Monday 11th May (8 week course)
Steady Steps Maintainers Tuesday Class (Loughborough Leisure Centre)
This class will be held at Loughborough Leisure Centre on Tuesday's and has been devised for previous participants who have attended the falls prevention program. Please ensure you have a referral from your instructor before booking onto this class.
