
Choose To Move
Choose to Move is a fun circuit-based exercise class aimed at adults. If you are wanting to get more active, lose weight or meet some new people then why not come along and give it a go.
The session will offer circuit-based activities and a mix of aerobic exercises to work the whole body.
We understand that everybody has their own health journey therefore activity stations are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

Couch to 5K Thursday 6.15pm
Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners. This 10 week program is available to everyone, whether you've never run before or just want to get more active.

Ladies Yoga (Tuesday)
A class that is welcoming to beginners but can also be helpful to experienced yogis seeking more refinement while building a strong yoga practice. Covering the basics and beyond of Yoga, from standing, seated, simple twists and bringing an awareness to mind, body and breath. An emphasis is placed on learning how to breathe properly and flow into poses with alignment tips. The class will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Seated Exercise
Our chair-based exercise session is a fun and social class which can help improve balance, coordination and mobility.
The session is run with support from Parkinson's UK, and is suitable for people with Parkinson's, Dementia and Stroke patients as well as people with limited mobility.

Steady Steps Maintainers Class
This class has been devised for previous participants who have attended the falls prevention program. Please ensure you have a referral from your instructor before booking onto this class.
