Couch to 5K
Couch to 5K is a beginners running plan to get anyone from the couch to running 5k in just 8 weeks.
Our run coach Dawn Tobin and run leader Hamide is there to support and motivate you and be with you every step of the way.
Those runners who want to will conclude the program with a Park Run at Dishely on Saturday 4th July
Starts on Monday 11th May (8 week course)
